Sussex Rope Access Ltd  is formed of a team with over 20 years’ experience in the construction and rope access industry. The team started out in South Africa, where they were pioneers in construction work at height, forming Brooks Brothers Ltd. The directors returned to the UK 9 years ago and began working on and offshore in the UK and around the world.  Contracted in to manage high profile construction projects, as individuals, they built up a reputation for meeting budgets, time limits and exceeding clients’ and  contractors’ expectations. Seeing a need in the market for construction work at height, they formed Sussex Rope Access Ltd. and have been joined by trusted and experienced individuals, some of whom were part of the team 15 years ago. Our experience and skills have allowed us to work on a wide variety of buildings and sites: from lighthouses to car parks, from historic listed buildings and bridges to industrial silos. Sussex Rope Access are skilled in construction work and are able to take these skills and experience and apply them at height and normally inaccessible areas. Whether you require external or internal cleaning of your building, Sussex Rope Access can help. Our cleaning services include windows and gutters and high pressure cleaning. Our ability to access difficult areas at height or lower levels, allows us to provide the client with a cost effective and non disruptive solution to cleaning.
Our professional team of abseilers are able to install items such as cables, eyebolts, equipment, signage, bird proofing, etc. to the outside of buildings.  Rope Access allows us to carry out these works in a cost effective and non disruptive way, that other methods of access, such as erecting scaffolding,  may not allow.
It is so often the case that the exterior of  buildings suffer disrepair due to inaccessible areas being neglected. This is where our rope access team can help. We carry out all forms of building maintenance work, such as  concrete and crack repairs, painting, duct work, etc. As we are able to access almost every nook and cranny of a building on the ropes, we can solve these potentially devastating structural problems with very little disruption. We also offer a  preventative maintenance schedule, including inspection and photographic reports of any problem areas.
We offer inspections and surveys of buildings, complete with photographic report of findings. Our abseilers are able to access areas that others cannot, thus allowing us to give the client an accurate assessment of all areas.
